Booking, Payment & Supplier Disclosure
SmartBooking helps travelers search, compare and arrange travel services offered by independent hotels, airlines, booking platforms, wholesalers and other travel suppliers.
The supplier responsible for a selected travel product will be identified before booking confirmation. Depending on the booking arrangement:
- Payment may be collected directly by the applicable travel supplier or booking platform.
- Payment may be made directly to the hotel or other service provider.
- Cancellation, refund and amendment conditions are determined by the selected rate and applicable supplier terms.
- SmartBooking may receive a commission or other remuneration from the travel supplier.
SmartBooking does not represent that it owns or operates the independent hotels, airlines, rental-car companies or other travel services displayed on the platform. Where SmartBooking acts as an intermediary, the underlying travel service is provided under the terms of the identified supplier.
Final legal text should be reviewed against the UK operating entity’s actual contracts and business model before launch.
